Fachabteilung IT Administration - Head Office MehlingenFachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), 2nd Level Support Vollzeit
Your tasks:
- Planung, Installation und Administration von IT Systemen
- Gewährleistung der Funktionalität und Sicherheit von IT-Infrastrukturen
- Technische Unterstützung und Fehlerbehebung
- Unterstützung durch Fachexpertise bei Projekt- und Evaluierungsthemen sowie Rollouts
- Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Änderungen
Your profile:- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz
- Idealerweise 2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Systemintegration
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Betriebssysteme (w.B. Windows, Linux) und Virtualisierungstechnologien (z.B. VMware, Hyper-V)
- Erfahrung mit Netzwerkprotokollen, Firewalls, VPN und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
- Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien, Skriptsprachen und der Verwaltung von Datenbanken und Serverdiensten
- Fähigkeit zur schnellen Fehlerdiagnose und Lösungsfindung
- Kooperationsbereitschaft und offener Umgang mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen
- Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit deutscher Sprache in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
